After watching last night Magic/OKC game and knowing OKC was going to win while being down by 4 middle of 4th quarter, made me think, how many big men can actually finish games.

I know I am probably missing a few, but only ones I can think of since like 1990 are Olajuwon and Duncan. Any others?

Not Shaq. He needed his Kobes, Wades, and Pennys. Name some Kel.

Ewing Yes, but I don't remember them drawing up plays last couple of possessions for Shaq or Mourning.

Hahhah @ Shaq needing a SG to finish games, in his prime he was always tops or near tops in 4th quarter scoring.

EDIT: Even if you factor in hack a shaq and he was shooting at around 55-60% 1 pt per possession isn't too bad efficiency wise in the NBA.

I'm going to assume you mean players over 6'10?

Kareem.
Dirk.
Ewing.
Chris Webber (still the best skill set of any big man I've ever seen in my life)
Kevin Durant.

the webber/garnett matchups were so fun to watch

but webber never left me with the impression that he was a closer-type

I am talking about like 2 minutes left 1 possession type games. They were not calling plays for Shaq coming out of timeout in those situations.

Yea, over 6'10, but also people who played big and mostly in the paint.. So Durant and Dirk are true, but not exactly who I was thinking of.

there arent alot seeing as how in clutch situations defenses tighten up thus making it harder to feed them the ball

Karl Malone
Shaq

Cant agree with Weber. When crunch time came he looked like a virgin seeing his first vagina.
