i have no idea how Lederman has scored this 3-0 Mayweather so far.

sometimes we forget how sick a counterpuncher May is.

Nope. 3 was all Cotto. 2 was a draw.

Dan Rafael has the same.

I was down in Ybor tonight and ended up catching the end of the fight in a bar full of Hispanics. When they announced the decision, you would've thought Fidel and Hugo Chavez just overthrew the U.S. government. I thought I was going to get stabbed because I wasn't outraged at the decision.

True. Cotto put up a great fight and Mayweather knew he couldn't just back away the whole time. Also, he's been doing that less and less as of late anyway. Definitely the closest and most entertaining fight I've ever seen from Floyd (don't think I saw the Castillo fight - If I did I don't remember).

Word, and he still won decisively 8 rounds to 4. And I'm giving Cotto a round more than any of the judges. Peep Floyd's record some time. Sure, he's fought more than a few cats when they were past their prime but there are plenty of very good fighters on the list.

This, but I don't believe Mayweather's post-fight claim that testing is the reason the fight hasn't happened yet. I'm with Teddy Atlas on this one. Bob Arum just won't front the bill.

I'm pissed. I was really looking forward to it and he was a good story, and also a hell of a fighter who showed a lot of heart. But word is he used the same substance before the first fight. We'll have to wait and see what the official word is, I'm assuming he will be stripped. Hopefully Khan still gets a fight for his HBO date at the MGM.
