Yeah. Def sounded like Doom here to me too. I actually always thought he had some similarities when he wasn't trying to be Enimem on the content tip.

Following Doom wouldn't be a bad way to go of course, but I hope Earl doesn't get as cutesy with the pop-culture references, alliteration, multies, and forced raspy voice.

Dense battle raps with vivid imagery like he did on Oldie is where I'd like to see him live for a bit.

Also agree that he should get some more traditional production. Less Danny Brown more Action Bronson on the beat selection, please.


danny brown style beats would actually be perfect though because his albums are always half traditional beats and half bugged out synth weirdness.

that production just sounded like real typical odd future production to me like chuck ingrish was trying to emulate them and nailed it. if that's not your thing i get it cause i like the more traditional production too but can't hate on him for doing what he's been doing. he's like a west coast doom :lol: or something i don't know but he's live..

pretty much dead on. moments of stupidity and then some hilarious stuff in between. it's even produced by dickhouse.

At one point Taco wants to dress like a baby and be left on the door step of a firehouse because he heard they won't turn away any baby left there for care. Tyler & the gang flip it on him and when the door opens they spray him with a firehose.

funniest part of the night was *pause* Tyler in his under wear dancing in the street.
